FOR STUDENTS PK-6TH GRADE:
This service is designed for students who struggle to learn to read or who are not progressing as expected despite strong effort and classroom instruction. Many children experience difficulty with phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, or comprehension. Others work very hard but still feel confused, fatigued, or discouraged by reading tasks.
Our literacy instruction supports students who need explicit, systematic teaching to build strong reading foundations and develop confidence as readers.
INCLUDES:
Instruction begins with benchmark screenings and diagnostic assessment to identify each child’s current reading skills, including phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, and comprehension. These data points guide all instructional decisions.
Using a structured literacy approach grounded in Orton-Gillingham principles, lessons are explicit, sequential, and multisensory. Progress is monitored regularly, and instruction is adjusted as skills develop. Families receive ongoing communication and clear insight into what their child is learning and how growth is measured.
