Who is Behind The Learning Loop?

Mrs. Shannon Reagan and Mrs. Tammy Rice are experienced learning specialists with decades of combined experience supporting elementary-aged students. Both are trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach through the Institute for Multisensory Education and bring deep expertise in structured literacy, multisensory math instruction, and evidence-based writing practices.

Together, Shannon and Tammy are known for their ability to quickly identify learning gaps, design targeted intervention plans, and build strong, trusting relationships with students and families. They bring a balance of warmth and precision, creating an environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged to grow.
